McCuet is seeking knowledgeable and dedicated Jewelry Consultants to assist our clients in selecting the perfect engagement rings, wedding bands, and other timeless pieces. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and be a part of a growing, eco-friendly jewelry brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one online consultations with McCuet clients, guiding them in choosing their ideal ring.
- Help clients navigate the selection process, providing advice on the differences between lab-grown and natural diamonds, as well as factors like clarity, size, and shape.
- Answer any technical or design-related questions and ensure clients feel confident in their purchases.
- Offer an exceptional customer experience by being personable, professional, and knowledgeable.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, and various ring settings.
- Familiarity with the differences between lab-grown and natural diamonds.
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a jewelry-related field.
- Comfortable working with clients online via video or phone consultations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical details in a clear, approachable manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate + commission
- Rates are competitive and based on the consultation length and complexity.
