COMMON Q&A
Do all diamond rings come with a GIA or IGI certificate?
Yes, all of our diamond rings with a center stone, as well as pendants and ear studs, come with either an IGI or GIA certification. However, side stones on rings and other regular jewelry are not guaranteed to have a certificate.
What is your return policy?
At McCuet, we take pride in crafting each piece with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring it reflects your personal style and preferences. Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we have specific return guidelines in place.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Since every custom piece is designed and crafted specifically for you, custom and engraved orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To ensure you love your jewelry before production begins, we provide a thorough approval process, including stone selection, IGI/GIA reports and a virtual consultation if requested.
Returns & Restocking Fee for In-Stock Jewelry
If you are returning an in-stock jewelry piece, it must be unworn and returned within three days of delivery. A $150 restocking fee will apply to these returns.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
✔️ Mailed back via Fed-Ex with proof of insurance
✔️ Be unworn and in original packaging
✔️ Include proof of purchase

Refund Processing
